Summary
This study is testing whether a special liquid-only diet, called exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN), can help adults with active and complicated Crohn's disease. Researchers will follow 300 participants for 12 weeks to see if the diet reduces symptoms, improves gut health, and is safe. The goal is to see if this dietary approach can be an effective way to manage the disease.
