Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between diet, meal patterns, and the daily experiences of people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers surveyed 50 adults with IBD about their eating habits, gastrointestinal symptoms, quality of life, and mood. The goal was to gather information to better understand how nutrition might be connected to living with this chronic condition.
