Can a better diet help cancer patients fight back?
NCT ID NCT06141785
Summary
This study is testing whether early, personalized nutrition advice from a dietitian can help cancer patients receiving palliative chemotherapy. It aims to see if this support helps patients maintain their weight, improve their quality of life, better tolerate treatment, and potentially live longer. Researchers will compare 200 new patients getting this special nutrition plan to a previous group of patients who received standard care.
