Summary
This study is testing whether giving extra protein shakes helps older adults recover better after a serious injury. Researchers will compare patients who get the shakes to those who receive standard nutrition advice. The goal is to see if the extra nutrition helps patients regain muscle, strength, and walking ability after leaving the hospital.
