Special baby formula tested to help infants through liver surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a special nutritional formula given to infants around the time of their biliary atresia surgery can help them grow better and improve their recovery. It will compare this special formula to standard feeding in 120 infants under 3 months old at multiple hospitals. The goal is to see if better nutrition during this critical period leads to better health outcomes for these babies.
