Can diet and exercise help cancer survivors sleep better and feel less stressed?
NCT ID NCT07446595
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a combined nutrition and exercise program is practical and helpful for cancer survivors who have finished treatment and are overweight. The 6-month program includes education, counseling, group support, and using wearable devices to track activity and sleep. Researchers want to see if participants find the program useful and if it improves their sleep quality and stress levels.
