Summary
This study tests whether a daily natural supplement combined with a twice-weekly exercise program can improve immune function and reduce inflammation in adults aged 65 and older. Sixty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for six months while following the same exercise routine. Researchers will measure immune markers, oxidative stress, and quality of life before, during, and after the program.
