NCT ID NCT06898346
Summary
This study is testing a nutrition education program designed with local communities in northern Ghana. It aims to help first-time pregnant women eat a more varied and nutritious diet to support healthy weight gain. Researchers want to see if this improves the mothers' health knowledge and leads to better outcomes for their babies, like healthier birth weights.
