Summary
This study tested whether personal nutrition counseling could improve the health and quality of life for older adults in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. Researchers worked with 210 community-dwelling people aged 60 and over. They provided weekly, in-home dietary advice for one month, followed by check-ups, to see if it improved participants' nutritional status and well-being.
