Summary
This study is testing whether starting personalized nutrition support within two days of a severe stroke can help reduce deaths in the first month. In the test group, a dietitian will assess each patient and create a feeding plan, which may include special foods or tube feeding if needed, to prevent malnutrition. The goal is to see if this focused nutritional care improves survival and recovery compared to standard hospital practice.
