Summary

This study tests a nursing support program for families of children aged 1 to 3 who have had heart surgery. The program includes education and counseling sessions to help parents improve caregiving skills and support their child's growth. Researchers will compare families who receive the program plus a booklet to those who only get the booklet. The goal is to see if the program helps children grow better and improves parenting confidence.
