This study tested a special nursing program based on self-efficacy theory for 300 lung cancer patients receiving CyberKnife radiation. The program aimed to reduce psychological distress, pain, and improve quality of life compared to standard nursing care. Results showed improvements in self-efficacy, anxiety, and pain levels.
