Nurse navigation boosts breastfeeding confidence in new moms

Summary
This study tests whether a nurse navigation program can improve breastfeeding confidence and motivation in first-time mothers. About 100 pregnant women between 28-32 weeks will be randomly assigned to receive either the nurse program or standard care. The goal is to see if extra support from a nurse helps mothers feel more capable and motivated to breastfeed.
