Nurses take charge to keep cancer patients on track for treatment

NCT ID NCT07467083

Summary

This study is testing whether a proactive, nurse-led program to manage symptoms can help people with head and neck cancer complete their planned radiation therapy without unplanned breaks. It will compare this new approach to standard care in 170 patients. The main goal is to see if fewer patients have to interrupt their treatment, which could lead to better outcomes.
