First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether a program led by nurses—combining personalized nutrition advice and supervised exercise—could help people on hemodialysis feel better day-to-day. 120 adults on long-term dialysis were randomly assigned to either the program or their usual care. The main goal was to see if the program improved their overall quality of life, including physical and emotional well-being.
