First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether coloring mandalas (circular patterns) can improve mindfulness, mood, and reduce psychological distress in people receiving hemodialysis for kidney failure. Sixty adults aged 18-50 will be split into two groups: one colors mandalas, the other does free-form coloring. Both groups will fill out questionnaires before and after the activity to see if mandala coloring offers extra benefits.
