NCT ID NCT05523726
Summary
This study tested whether a single, virtual coaching session based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) could prevent acute insomnia and depression from getting worse. It focused on adults with low income or education levels who were starting to have sleep problems. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the coaching session or basic digital sleep education to compare the results.
