First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a culturally adapted program called Nuestro Sueno for Latino couples where one partner has sleep apnea and is starting CPAP therapy. The goal is to see if the program helps the patient use CPAP more consistently and improves sleep quality for both partners. Researchers will also check if better sleep leads to improvements in memory and quality of life. About 80 couples will participate.
