Summary
This study tests a smartphone chatbot called NUDGE that helps teens and young adults with cystic fibrosis (ages 13-25) set and track physical activity goals. The goal is to see if the app keeps them active or gently encourages more movement. The study will enroll 30 people and measure how often they use the app and how satisfied they are with it.
