New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called NUC-7738, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 135 adults will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure effectiveness.
