New cancer drug shows promise in early trial for advanced tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called NUC-7738 in people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors, either alone or combined with another drug (pembrolizumab). About 135 participants will receive the drug by IV, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor changes.
