NCT ID NCT07237659
Summary
This early-stage study aims to test the safety of a new drug called NTR-1011 in healthy adults and people with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers will give different doses to 48 participants to see how the body handles the drug and check for side effects. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose before testing if it helps control these autoimmune diseases.
