First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement made from salmon collagen (NT-II™) can reduce knee discomfort caused by activities like walking or climbing stairs. About 120 healthy adults aged 20 to 65 with mild to moderate knee pain will take either NT-II™ or a standard glucosamine-chondroitin supplement for 12 weeks. All study tasks are done from home using a phone app and mailed supplies.
