Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement called JointIQ (made from astragaloside) could reduce knee discomfort in healthy, active adults. Fifty people took either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in knee stability, range of motion, and self-reported pain and function.
