First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests if a gentle, non-invasive neck massage (called NSCLD) can improve memory and thinking in adults who are sleep-deprived. Researchers will enroll 30 college students and measure changes in memory, attention, and mood. The goal is to see if this simple technique can offset some of the mental fog caused by not getting enough sleep.
