Can a common pain pill truly ease your aching knees?

NCT ID NCT05430230

Summary

This small pilot study aims to see if the pain medication naproxen helps people with painful knee osteoarthritis feel better. Twenty participants will try both naproxen and a placebo pill in a random order over several weeks, with breaks in between. Researchers will track daily pain levels to compare the effects of the real drug versus the placebo.
