Summary

This study looks at whether short-term use of NSAID pain relievers (like ibuprofen) after surgery increases the risk of acute kidney injury in children with mild-to-moderate chronic kidney disease. About 80 children aged 18 months and older will be monitored. The goal is to gather safety data to guide future care.
