First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study is for children and young adults (up to age 30) with a rare type of soft tissue cancer called non-rhabdomyosarcoma. The goal is to see if adding the targeted drug pazopanib (and another drug, selinexor, for high-risk patients) to standard chemotherapy and radiation can improve outcomes. Participants will receive treatment tailored to their risk level, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
