Summary
This study looks at medical records of about 800 newborns with Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS) to compare two standard treatments: buprenorphine and morphine. The main goal is to see which medicine helps babies become ready for discharge sooner. No new treatments or procedures are given—researchers simply review existing data to find out which option works better.
