Summary

This study tests a new drug called vipoglanstat to see if it can reduce pelvic pain in people with endometriosis. About 190 women aged 18 to 44 with moderate to severe pain will take either the drug or a placebo for four months. The goal is to find a better treatment option for this painful condition.
