Summary

This study looks at the best ways to teach cooking and food skills to adults. Researchers want to see if cooking classes can help reduce stress, cut down on food waste, and improve diet. About 180 adults aged 18 and older who can attend in-person classes will take part. The study measures changes in food waste volume before and after the classes.
