Summary

This study aims to collect fitness data from 800 healthy adults aged 18 to 65 to establish normal values for cardiorespiratory fitness. Participants will perform the Queen's College Step Test, a 3-minute stepping exercise, while their heart rate and oxygen use are measured. The results will help create standard fitness ranges for the general population.
