Summary
This study looked at whether Nordic Walking (walking with poles) helps older adults improve muscle strength, balance, and quality of life. 28 people aged 65-80 took part, doing either Nordic Walking or regular walking for 12 weeks. Results showed that Nordic Walking may offer extra benefits for strength and confidence.
