First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study is testing a safe, noninvasive technique called TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) to see if it can affect brain areas linked to hunger and fullness in people with Prader-Willi syndrome. Twenty participants will receive TMS and have brain scans before and after. The goal is to learn how the brain controls appetite in this condition, not to provide a treatment yet.
