Summary
This study aims to understand how noncirrhotic portal hypertension (NCPH) develops and progresses over many years. Researchers will follow 400 people aged 12 and older who either have NCPH or are at risk for it due to other conditions like cystic fibrosis. The study involves regular check-ups, scans, and blood tests to track the condition, but does not test any new treatments.
