Summary

This study tests whether gentle, non-thrust movements to the lower back and sacrum can help adults with chronic mechanical low back pain. Researchers will measure pain, flexibility, body awareness, and daily function in 40 participants. The goal is to find a safe, hands-on way to ease discomfort without medication or surgery.
