Summary

This study tests if gentle, non-thrust movements of the lower back and sacrum can reduce pain, improve flexibility, and help daily function in people with chronic mechanical low back pain. Forty adults aged 18 to 45 with pain lasting over 3 months will be randomly assigned to receive these mobilizations. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage ongoing back pain.
