Summary

This study looks at whether adding specific types of exercises (open or closed chain) to standard treatment can help people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain, back movement, and the size of a key back muscle. The study involves 60 adults aged 25-55 who have had low back pain for more than 6 months.
