NCT ID NCT06089746
Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical program to help older veterans with a common back condition called lumbar spinal stenosis. The program involves temporarily using a modified rolling walker and adjusting sleep positions to see if it relieves pain and improves walking ability. Researchers will work closely with a small group of 20 veterans to monitor their symptoms and identify any challenges with using this approach.
