First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests if a new non-opioid painkiller (suzetrigine) works as well as a standard opioid for pain after Mohs skin cancer surgery. About 75 adults having Mohs surgery will receive either suzetrigine or hydrocodone/acetaminophen. The goal is to see if the non-opioid option can control pain and reduce the need for opioids.
