Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive wearable device that tracks swallowing muscle activity. Researchers will enroll 20 healthy adults and 20 people with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). The goal is to see if the device can accurately measure swallowing, which could lead to easier and safer monitoring in the future.
