NCT ID NCT05230914

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a simple CT scan (NCCT) works as well as advanced imaging (CTP/MRI) for choosing stroke patients who need emergency clot removal. About 1,846 adults with acute stroke arriving within 24 hours of symptoms will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the simpler method leads to similar recovery outcomes at 90 days.
