First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called NMS-03597812 in about 124 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments, including those with a TP53 gene mutation. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink or control the cancer. Participants will receive the drug alone initially, with a possible future addition of another drug (venetoclax).
