Summary

This study tests whether using gentle electrical pulses on the leg muscles can help people with COPD feel more confident exercising, have less shortness of breath during activity, and feel less tired. About 40 adults with mild to severe COPD will receive the treatment for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can improve daily life.
