Summary

This study tests whether a drug that boosts NMDA receptors, combined with omega-3 fatty acids, can improve memory and daily function in people with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. About 140 participants will take either the combination or a placebo for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in thinking tests and quality of life.
