Summary
This study tests an experimental pill called NMD670 in 84 adults with myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness. Participants take the pill or a placebo twice daily for 21 days. Researchers will measure changes in muscle strength and daily activities to see if the drug helps control symptoms.
