New pill could help myasthenia gravis patients move better

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called NMD670 in 84 adults with myasthenia gravis (a disease that causes muscle weakness). Participants take either NMD670 or a placebo pill twice daily for 21 days. The goal is to see if the drug improves muscle strength and daily function compared to placebo.
