Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new type of immune cell therapy (called AlloNK) to an existing drug (rituximab) can better control several autoimmune diseases that have come back after standard treatments. The trial will enroll 90 adults with rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's disease, myositis, or scleroderma who have not responded well to previous medications. Researchers will primarily check if the combined treatment is safe and if it helps reduce disease activity and symptoms.
