Summary
This early-phase study tests whether infusing a woman's own specially prepared natural killer cells into her uterus can improve fertility and pregnancy success. It includes women with recurrent miscarriage, unexplained infertility, or repeated IVF failure linked to abnormal uterine natural killer cells. The goal is to see if this cell therapy can correct immune dysfunction and lead to healthy pregnancies.
