First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at how well a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab), with or without chemotherapy, works as a first treatment for advanced or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer in Japan. Researchers will track about 525 patients to measure survival, side effects, and how long treatment lasts. The goal is to understand real-world effectiveness and safety outside of a clinical trial setting.
