New combo therapy targets tough skin cancer

Summary

This study tests whether the drug nivolumab, alone or combined with relatlimab or ipilimumab, can shrink or control advanced basal cell skin cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. About 57 adults with this condition will receive treatment. The goal is to see how well these immune-boosting drugs work against the cancer.
