NCT ID NCT04305457

Summary

This study tested whether inhaling nitric oxide gas could prevent mild or moderate COVID-19 from progressing to severe disease requiring a ventilator. It involved 70 hospitalized patients who were still breathing on their own. The goal was to see if this early treatment could reduce the need for intensive care and improve recovery.
